Equipping you to carry out what

God has placed in your heart.

You don’t have to do this alone. You were never meant to. And if you’re looking for someone to walk beside you, not ahead of you—someone who can help you bring your God-given vision to life without burning out or selling out—welcome. You’re in the right place.

The Aaron Anointing: A New Kind of Helper

The Aaron Anointing: A New Kind of Helper

Purpose Amplified – Week 1

We talk a lot about the “Moses” types—the leaders, the visionaries, the ones standing on the mountaintop with staff in hand, parting seas and performing signs.

But lately, God has been whispering to my heart about the Aarons.

The ones who hold up arms.
The ones who stand in the gap.
The ones who may not carry the staff, but carry the weight of the mission just the same.

The Revelation

In Exodus 17, when Moses grew tired during battle, it wasn’t a miracle that kept his hands raised.

It was Aaron and Hur.

Two men who stood beside him—literally holding him up so that victory could be secured.

"When Moses' hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up—one on one side, one on the other—so that his hands remained steady till sunset." Exodus 17:12 (NIV)

They didn’t lead the charge.
They didn’t hold the spotlight.
But without them, the battle would have been lost.

That’s what God showed me:
There’s an anointing for those called to support.
To serve.
To strengthen.

And it’s not second-tier—it’s sacred.

My Story: From Spotlight to Shoulder-Bearer

For a long time, I thought “helping” meant I hadn’t found my voice. That maybe I wasn’t called to lead, or I wasn’t quite ready for the frontlines.

But now I see how holy it is to hold space for others.

To partner. To co-labor. To help someone else walk out their calling with strength and confidence.

There is nothing “less than” about that.

God isn’t just raising up leaders—He’s raising up lifters.

And that might be your calling, too.

"Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." Galatians 6:2

Reflect + Reframe

If you've felt overlooked or unsure of your role, ask God:

Am I called to be an Aaron in this season? Who am I being asked to support, uplift, or co-labor with? What if my strength is in support, not spotlight?

Closing Prayer

Lord, thank You for showing us the power of partnership. Remind me that whether I’m carrying the vision or holding someone up as they carry theirs, both are holy. Help me embrace the Aaron anointing with joy, knowing You see it all. Make me strong, faithful, and willing to serve wherever You place me.

Amen.
