Maybe you found this space through the Sacred Shift summit, and my words felt like they were pulled straight out of your own journal. Maybe you clicked through a post that caught your eye in a quiet moment between the chaos. Or maybe you’ve been silently searching for something—anything—that speaks to the season you’re in.

However you got here, I believe God led you. This is sacred ground.

I know what it feels like to be in the in-between. The in-between of who you were and who you’re becoming. The in-between of dreams and disappointment. The in-between of knowing you were made for more… and not knowing where to start.

I’ve walked through seasons where I questioned everything—my purpose, my identity, even my faith. I’ve tried to build things in my own strength. I’ve chased approval, algorithms, and all the “right” steps, only to find myself burned out, broken, and unsure of what God wanted from me.

But here’s what I’ve come to believe with all my heart: the wilderness isn’t punishment. It’s preparation. The stillness isn’t wasted. It’s where God whispers. The shift happens when we realize this season isn’t happening to us—it’s happening for us. And that’s the moment we stop gripping so tightly… and finally open our hands in surrender.

That’s what Sacred Holy Ground is all about.
